    At time of reservation you will be asked to deposit 30% of the total amount by bank transfer, in order to confirm the booking.

    Reason: please indicate the surname given at the moment of reservation and the date of the holiday

    The deposits must be received within 5 days of the arrival, otherwise the reservation will be considered cancelled.

  • Late arrivals or early departures

    Advanced deposits are not refundable in case of late arrivals or early departures

  • Cancellation policy

    - within 14 days of arrival: the hotel will return the entire deposit
    - within 7 days of arrival: the hotel will refund 50% of the deposit
    - from 7 days to the day of arrival or No show: No refund

  • Check-in and Check out

    CHECK IN: from 14.00 p.m., after the guests registration at the reception desk.
    A Security deposit is also requested at the arrival: € 150,00 (it will be returned on leaving the apartment, provided there are no damages, missing items etc…)

    Should you need to anticipate your check in time, please contact the Reception.

    CHECK OUT: By 10.30 a.m

    LATE CHECK OUT: An additional price is required: 50% of the night rate.

  • Inventory list

    At the arrival, guests are invited to check the apartment conditions and to communicate the same day at the reception possible lacks or malfunction of the equipment.

    - 1 cleaning service a week (kitchenette excluded) with laundry change

    - Outdoor Swimming pool (one with reduced hight for children)

  • Other facilities:

    - Private parking place: free from January to March, reduced rate during the middle/high season
    - Laundry service
    - Continental buffet breakfast in a designated room (on request)
    - Restaurant Service (on request)
    - Baby equipment: stroller, cradle, cot, baby bathtub, high chair (on request)

  • Pets

    Your pets are welcome to the Garden Residence. Please, inform us at the moment of reservation in order to guarantee your little friend a suitable stay.

  • Behavior

    It is strictly forbidden for non-guests to accesa to the Residence.
    Visitors have to ask the reception and register with an identity document.

  • Forgotten Items

    Objects forgotten by the guests will remain in stock for 1 year.
    The Hotel won’t ship forgotten items. The guests are asked to contact a courier in order to arrange the delivery.

  • This Residence Policy is considered a part of our reservation agreement with you.
